SCUBA DIVING CLUB
WEB-SITE PROTOCOLS

The NASJAX SKIN & SCUBA DIVING CLUB has established guidelines by which our website and peripherals may best be utilized by the membership.  Anyone who submits information to the club websites understands that the content is subject, but not limited to, the following criteria and may be deleted or edited by the Web Master.  Questions regarding the content of the sites maybe addressed through the Web Master and/or the Executive Board.

  1. Club members may post dives that they want to schedule on the web calendar of a private nature asking others to join them; all other dives are to be cleared through the Dive Coordinator.
  2. Dives sponsored by another dive group, organization or commercial entity will not be permitted.
  3. All web links must be approved by the Executive Board for publication.
  4. Members may post articles for sale not of a commercial nature.
    1. Sold items should be removed from the site promptly.
    2. Any item may be listed for no more than 6 months.
    3. No Sale announcements from any Commercial entity.
    4. No Advertisements not approved by Executive Board
  5. Any use of the Club websites shall be for personal member information or for use by the club.  At no time will members be contacted for solicitation by any individual, group, organization or other entity not affiliated with the NASJAX SKIN & SCUBA DIVING CLUB, INC or without approval by same.
  6. Private information such as E-mails, Phone Numbers etc., is to be utilized strictly between members only and NOT released for publication or other use without the individual consent of each member listed.
  7. Failure to follow the above guidelines may result in loss of electronic access and/or further disciplinary actions by the Executive Board.
